Irshad started in the financial services industry in 2008 near the beginning of what became the worst financial downturn since the great depression.He witnessed firsthand the need and desire that every day Americans had for a comprehensive and holistic financial road map for their future.Irshad has made it his mission to bring financial strategies to not just high net worth clientele, but to hard working, everyday families who are looking to achieve their financial goals.
In March of 2020 Irshad left his partnership at his previous firm and became the founder and CEO of Stealth Financial Advisors.Stealth’s focus is educating and assisting families to develop a well rounded financial plan that aims to get them to retirement, and through retirement.Irshad also spends a good deal of time assisting business owners and business leaders in the evaluation, implementation, or replacement of employer sponsored retirement plans to allow that business to be more competitive in retaining their talented workforce.
Irshad also spends a great deal of time serving in his community.He is currently a duly elected school board member of Washington Local Schools.He serves on multiple boards in northwest Ohio, including Fellowship of Christian Athletes.He has spent many years coaching multiple youth sports teams.He is born and raised in Toledo, Ohio and currently lives in the Washington Local community with his wife and four children.
